Have you moved or have new contact information?
If you are already a volunteer with us, you can use this page to view or cancel your appointment or view/update your online profile. Please note that updating your contact information in the appointment scheduler does not update your information in our volunteer database.
Have you moved? New contact information? Please ensure your information is up to date in our database so that we can contact you when new studies become available.
You can also call ICON's Early Phase Recruitment team directly at 210-225-5437 to update your profile. Calls to our recruitment line are returned Monday through Friday in the order they are received.
My screening profileScreening appointment information
Please bring a valid, non-expired photo ID when you attend your screening visit.. We accept a government issued identification card such as:
- Driver's license
- State issued ID card
- Passport
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete your paperwork.
Have an existing appointment you need to cancel or reschedule?
Click on the “My screening appointment” box below to access your Appointment Quest account.
- You will need your username and password.
- Appointments must be cancelled at least one hour before the appointment time or you will be locked out and unable to making any changes.
- Appointments can only be rescheduled if there are future appointments available.
Have you changed your number?
Have a new telephone number or other information? Contact us by the web form or by calling 210-225-5437 so we can update your information in our database.
