Study Criteria
Non-Smoking Males and Females
Age: 18-50
BMI: 18-32 kg/m2 Must weigh at least 110 lbs
Study Information
Indication: The investigational drug is being developed as a possible treatment of breast cancer.
Route of Administration: Oral
Washout from previous study: Have dosed, within 60 days prior to dosing, in a clinical study involving an investigational product or are currently participating in a clinical study.
Male subject who is permanently sterile (defined as bilateral orchidectomy or vasectomy, provided the absence of sperm has been medically confirmed) or if fertile (defined as post-puberty and not permanently sterile) must be willing to use a condom OR remain abstinent AND abstain from sperm donation from D-1 through 90 days after the dose of study drug.
Female subject:
a. Of nonchildbearing potential defined as either permanently sterilized (at least 4 months post-surgical sterilization which may include bilateral salpingectomy, tubal ligation or tubal occlusion, hysterectomy, or oophorectomy with or without hysterectomy) or postmenopausal (defined as amenorrhea for at least 12 consecutive months and documented FSH level >40 IU/mL: OR
b. Of childbearing potential and willing to practice one of the following highly effective methods of birth control: vasectomized partner, non-hormonal IUD; OR willing to use 2 of the following methods: vaginal diaphragm with spermicide; OR remain abstinent from Screening through 90 days after the dose of study drug: AND
c. Of childbearing potential or nonchildbearing potential with a negative serum pregnancy test at Screening and a negative urine pregnancy test on Day -1.
Study Reminders
- 10 hours fasting is required for lab work (only water is allowed)
- If taking medications, bring them to your screening appointment (including prescription, over the counter, herbal supplements, and vitamins)
- Bring a valid, non-expired photo ID with you when you attend your screening visit. We accept a valid government issued identification card such as a driver's license, state issued ID card or passport. You will be required to show this same photo ID at all study visits
- Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to complete paper work.
